We start production quickly, so contact us within a couple of hours of purchase if something needs changing. Once the order has shipped we can no longer amend it — but you still have 100 days to return.

Production takes 1–3 working days. Then 3–7 working days in DK, the EU and the UK, 5–10 in North America and 7–14 in the rest of the world.

You get a tracking link by e-mail when we dispatch. You can also use “Track your order” with your order number and e-mail address.

Write to us within 7 days with your order number and photos of both the item and the packaging. We arrange a replacement or refund and cover all costs.

100 days from the day you receive the order. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging — and not have been hung with tape or pins.

If you have changed your mind, you pay the return shipping — use a method with tracking. If the item is damaged or wrongly delivered, we pay everything.

200 g/m² archival matte art paper as standard — with the option to upgrade to 230 g premium fine art paper. Canvas is hand-stretched gallery canvas with a mirrored edge.

No, posters are sold unframed unless stated otherwise. Frames come in 14 colours and 13 sizes, so you can frame later and still match.
