From here the 100-day return window runs. Damage must be reported within 7 days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times can vary with local postal services and customs — for orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Packaging
Packed to survive the whole trip
Unframed posters are rolled into sturdy tubes that handle transport and letterboxes.
Smaller formats ship flat, so the paper needs no flattening before hanging.
Frames and canvas ship with corner protection and protective wrapping.

The practical bits
Items may ship separately when different local production partners handle them. Every item is still produced in the delivery country. You receive tracking for each parcel.
Outside the EU customs fees may apply. They fall to the customer, and we are not liable for delays in customs handling.
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of both the item and the packaging. Then we arrange a replacement or refund.
We cannot be held liable for parcels lost because of a wrong or incomplete address.
