At Poster Le Fi, every order is treated with care — from the moment you select your favourite art prints to the time they arrive at your door. Our Shipping & Delivery policy outlines how we process, package, and ship your wall art globally, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing Time
Production & Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or major sales, please allow an additional 1–2 days for processing.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Poster Le Fi ships worldwide using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom & European Union: 3–5 business days
- North America: 3-5 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and size. We offer free or discounted shipping during special campaigns — visit our Deals section for current offers.
4. Packaging & Protection
We take pride in our packaging. Each print is carefully rolled and packed in sturdy, eco-friendly tubes or flat packaging to ensure your posters arrive undamaged. Frames and canvas art prints are shipped securely with reinforced edges and protective wrapping.
5. Split Shipments
To deliver your order as quickly as possible, items may ship separately depending on availability or production location. You’ll receive individual tracking updates for each package if applicable.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. Poster Le Fi is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Delivery Issues or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Poster Le Fi cannot be held responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
