Ordering & Payment
Ordering your favorite wall art from Poster Le Fi is simple and secure. Once you’ve selected your desired posters, prints, or canvas wall art, proceed to checkout and follow the guided steps. We accept major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and other region-specific options.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact our Customer Service team within a few hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer make modifications.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, and you can view detailed information on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order here using your order number and email address.
What if my posters arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging your artwork, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your art. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your posters or prints within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Visit our Terms & Conditions for full return details.
