1. Orders & Payments
Placing an order at Poster Le Fi is quick and secure. Simply select your favourite posters or canvas art prints, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other safe payment methods. All transactions are processed through encrypted connections for your protection.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email summary with your order number and details. Please review it carefully — if you notice any errors, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide, with fast and reliable delivery partners. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most European orders arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take slightly longer.
You can check the progress of your order anytime using our Track Your Order service. All shipments are carefully packaged to ensure your art prints arrive in perfect condition.
3. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your new wall art. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While rare, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or arranging a refund at no extra cost.
