Return & Refund Policy

Applicable to all purchases from Poster Le Fi (operated by Moselstudio ApS).

At Poster Le Fi, we want choosing art for your walls to be a pleasure. However, we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return a purchase. Below you will find our full terms for returns and claims, designed to ensure transparent and fair treatment.

1. 100-Day Extended Return Policy

We offer an extraordinary 100-day return policy valid from the day you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to decide if the poster or frame fits perfectly in your home.

Item condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. This means it must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Posters must not have been hung using tape, pins, or similar methods.

2. How to Initiate a Return

We handle all return cases personally to ensure the best service. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us first: Send an email to contact@posterlefi.com or use our contact form.
  2. Provide details: Include your order number (e.g., #12345) and the reason for the return in your message.
  3. Await instructions: Our customer service team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with approval and further details.

Note: Please do not send items back before you have been in contact with us.

3. Shipping and Costs

It is important for us to be transparent about the costs associated with returns:

  • Change of mind: If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the item back to us. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as you bear responsibility for the package until we have received it.
  • Errors or damage: If the item is damaged upon arrival, or if we have sent the wrong product, we will naturally cover all costs. See section 5 below.

4. Return Address

All return packages must be sent directly to our warehouse facilities in Denmark. We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash on Delivery) or to parcel shops.

We encourage you to reuse the original tube or reinforced box the item arrived in. This ensures the best protection during transport and is the most sustainable choice.

5. Claims: Damage and Incorrect Deliveries

While we take great care with our packaging, transport damage can occur. If your order arrives damaged, you must act quickly:

  • Contact us immediately and no later than 7 days after receipt.
  • Send an email to contact@posterlefi.com with your order number.
  • IMPORTANT: Attach photos of both the damaged item and the packaging (even if the packaging looks intact). This is necessary for our claim against the carrier.

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible, depending on your preference.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return package at Skovbakken 10, it will be inspected by our team. We will send you an email notification regarding the receipt and approval of your refund.

The refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
