Step 1 · The parcel

What it looks like when it arrives

The packaging follows the format. Anything up to 50×70 is sent flat, so the paper never has to be straightened out. Larger sizes we roll in a tube.

It fits in the letterbox

Formats up to and including 50×70 are sent flat in a reinforced envelope. No parcel shop, no waiting.

The corners are protected

Cardboard edging all the way round and a rigid backing board behind. The edges are what take the knocks on the way.

No creases to flatten

The paper is 200 g/m² matte art paper. Flat-packed means it lies flat from the moment you open it.

What people usually ask

Does the poster arrive creased?

No. Formats up to and including 50×70 are sent flat with a rigid backing board behind, so the paper lies flat from the moment you open it. Larger formats are rolled in a tube and settle within a day.

Is hanging hardware included?

If you choose a frame, it comes with the fittings mounted and ready to hang. If you buy the poster on its own, you supply adhesive strips, washi tape or a poster hanger — all three come off without a mark.

How quickly does it arrive?

We print on demand in 1–3 working days and then ship with tracking. In Denmark it is typically with you 3–7 working days after dispatch — so 4–10 working days from order to door.

What if it arrives damaged?

Write to us within 7 days with your order number and photos of both the item and the packaging. We send a new one or refund you — and we cover the cost.

Can I change my mind?

You have 100 days from delivery. The item has to be unused and in its original packaging — so hold off on taping it up if you are in doubt.
